R&L Carriers @ Hagerstown, MD:  On June 28, 2018, Hetzer was awarded s $3.0 million dollar sitework subcontract for Rocchi Construction, Inc.

Vista Business Park Distribution Facility - Conewago Enterprises, Inc. - Trammell Crow Company:  On October 17, 2018, Hetzer received the sitework for this 1,200,000-SF distribution facility for the largest commercial real estate developer in the U.S.  Situated near the intersection of US Rte.

BPG-Equus I-81 Industrial Park Martinsburg, WV – R.S. Mowery & Sons, Inc.:  On April 24, 2018, Hetzer received the sitework for this 356,904-SF distribution facility south of Martinsburg, WV.   Situated near the intersection of US Rte.11 and Tablers Station Rd, the project is in close proximity to the Martinsburg Airport and Interstate 81.  Hetzer's full sitework scope includes rock blasting, excavation, grading, utilities, and HMA paving a total final contact amount of $4.2 million.  

Washington County, MD - Southern Boulevard Phase IHetzer was awarded this new roadway project by Washington County on December 19, 2016.  Built in 2017-2018, the roadway was built between East Oak Ridge Drive and Frederick Street to alleviate traffic across the Funkstown one lane bridge.  The boulevard allows motorists to bypass Funkstown, helping to ease congestion in town. The $7 million road — built with both county and the state funds — connects Frederick Street and Oak Ridge Drive.

City of Frederick - Christopher's Crossing Roadway:  On August 6, 2018 Hetzer was awarded this $4.9 million dollar new roadway and Conspan triple-arch culvert project for the City of Frederick, MD.  The project includes new construction of 1,850 linear feet of a four (4) lane primary arterial roadway extension of Christopher’s Crossing.  Additionally, a stream crossing using three (3) 24-FT open-bottom Con/Span arches, a roundabout, improvements to Poole Jones Road, Christopher’s Crossing and Walter Martz Road.
