City of Frederick - Christopher's Crossing Roadway:  On August 6, 2018 Hetzer was awarded this $4.9 million dollar new roadway and Conspan triple-arch culvert project for the City of Frederick, MD.  The project includes new construction of 1,850 linear feet of a four (4) lane primary arterial roadway extension of Christopher’s Crossing.  Additionally, a stream crossing using three (3) 24-FT open-bottom Con/Span arches, a roundabout, improvements to Poole Jones Road, Christopher’s Crossing and Walter Martz Road. The project includes roadway excavation/embankment, hot mix asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, water main, sanitary sewer, storm drainage system (pipes, inlets, and manholes), stormwater management facilities, bridge foundations, Con/Span bridge, bituminous and portland cement concrete sidewalks, landscaping,  and street lights.
