Washington County - Yale Drive   A new connecting roadway from Meritus Medical Center to Hagerstown Community College will provide access to new commercial development parallel to  Robinwood Drive.  A total of 6,800-LF of roadway, of which 5,700-LF is the Yale Drive Extension, and 1,100-LF for portions of the new Professional Boulevard.The work includes substantial amounts of rock blasting and excavation, RCP storm drainage and endwalls, 16-inch DIP watermain extension, 8-inch sanitary sewer main extension, underground electiric and telecom extensions,  an 8-FT wide shared use concrete path, construction of two roundabouts, and HMA paving.The project is a joint effort of The Hagerstown-Washington County Industrial Foundation Inc. (CHIEF) and Washington County, with substantial funding from MdSHA.
